There is an outdoor shower, beautiful landscaping and lots of privacy only a five minute walk to the beach.

Shelter Island has none of the traffic, noise and crowding one finds in the Hamptons, yet the Hamptons are only minutes away. Shelter Island is ideal for cycliing, kayaking, fishing, golf and of course tennis.

There are many wonderful restaurants on the island ranging from chic to seafood in the rough. Take a day trip and visit the many wineries located just minutes from the North Ferry in Greenport.

For those who have to spend time in the City, simply take the North Ferry to Greenport and walk to the train station or Jitney bus stop and you will arrive effortlessly in just a few hours.
