bedrooms, queen futon in upper mezzanine which also has a couch and
wet bar. New gas barbecue on deck. There is an additional 600 sq ft suite with private deck,
king bed & two twins, plus private bath, and large TV with seating
area. The extra bonus room is a 17 ft ladder loft room on a third
level with 4 twin beds. The entire home flows beautifully!

on the 15th tee of the Championship golf course. Wonderful
views out of every window in the home. Close to Diamond Peak ski
resort. The slopes can be seen from the home. We have local contacts
for any emergency, The setting is magical with its fresh clean pine
scented air. There are bike paths throughout Incline Village for
walking and biking. Your reservation gives you passes to the private
Incline Village facilities, such as the parks, outdoor and indoor
swimming pools, gymnasium, exercise, etc. There is a fee but you are
allowed to use these lovely facilities that others cannot use. We,
as the owners, do everything we can to provide you a beautiful,
comfortable home to enjoy for your vacation.

Boating, Water Skiing, Swimming, Endless Beautiful Hiking trails,
Biking, Casinos, Shopping, Snow Skiing,use of the private parks with
barbecues, beaches, swimming pool, etc. Down the hill to Reno and
Carson City. Endless Spectacular Sight-seeing, Rubber Rafting on the
Truckee River.

weekends other than during the 3 summer months. Saturday to Saturday
