Located in beautiful Rockport, Texas Kontiki Beach Resort unit #208 is a part time rental property, part time getaway home and full time "dream" belonging to Jim & Christie Jacobus of Sugar Land, Texas. Our hope is that it will become your part time home away from home as well as the fulfillment of your "dream getaway". We have done everything we can think of to make the condo as modern and comfortable as possible. It is right off the water and has it's own fishing piers and decks.

The Kontiki Beach Resort has two lighted fishing piers, two lighted tennis courts, swimming pool, boat ramp and boat harbor, covered pavilion and a number of barbecue pits … all for your enjoyment and the enjoyment of your family! Perhaps you would prefer to fish from one of the two lighted fishing piers? Lounge by the pool? Play tennis? Go bird watching? Enjoy the fantastic food and shopping Rockport has to offer? Or, just relax and do nothing at all?
