Miles of sugar white sand beaches....and...a newly developed Audubon Golf Course, designed by Arnold Palmer, only 2 minutes away. Tons of other courses within minutes of the beach. Golf is also available at the Naval Air station....took me awhile to find that gem.
But is this unit clean and decorated to my expectations, you ask? SEVERAL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES INFORMED US THIS UNIT IS ONE OF THE TOP DECORATED AND CLEANEST UNITS IN THE BUILDING.
Exercise in our facility or take an outdoor stroll on the several nature trails within walking distance. If you enjoy crabbing, shelling, nature walks, bird watching or a solitary beach stroll, Johson Beach fits the bill. Johnson beach is a 12 mile United States Federal Park between the intercoastal and Gulf of Mexico located a short walk from the condo.
Several spas are closeby. I use Eden in San Roc Cay.
An amusement park (approximately 15 minutes) keeps tykes content. Wharf shopping, dining, concerts, ice skating and theatres within minutes. Closer shopping a walk across the street at Villagio. On a rare rainy day, try the antiques walk in downtown Pensacola. Don't forget to visit OLDTOWN Pensacola, or for Broadway, visit the Sanger Theatre. NAS(Navel Air Station) is a 5 to 10 minute drive. Shows are generally Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Check out their schedule. Following the airshow, enter the museum to have the Angels sign your T-shirt. Enjoy the IMAX and lunch in museum. Famed Florabama approximately 5 minute drive away. Beachfront dining along the intercoastal, canals and beach afford dolphin watching. Dolphin tours available nearby at San Roc Cay, Zeke's and our personal favorite, Bear Point Marina. Bear Point's boat Captain goes fast enough that the dolphins jump and surf next to the boat. Don't forget a camera!
For meals at home, Joe Patti's in the place for buying fish...largest on Panhandle, I'm told. Go early and watch the fresh catch from the boats. Publix, WinnDixie, Bruno' and Walmart available for nearby grocery treats. Enjoy barbecues on the grills downstairs.
Our favorite restaurants are: Jackson's, Cosmos, Hemmingway's, Lulu's (Jimmy Buffett's sister's place), Cafe Grazie, Vallarta, Peg Leg Pete's, Zeke's (drinks on Harbor), The Restaurant at the Beach Club and the Sunset Grille.
WHEN CAN YOU COME TO THE BEACH? PLEASE MAKE IT SOON. MONEY COMES, MONEY GOES, BUT BEACH MEMORIES LAST FOREVER...........
