Furnished in a luxury contemporary style, the interior living space is highlighted by a cozy fireplace in the living room, expansive ocean and mountain views, outdoor gas heaters, hot tub, and two charming koi ponds. In addition, the master bedroom suite, including a steam shower and private patio, is located on this level. The lower level includes a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and 3/4 bathroom in suite and a guest bedroom with a queen sized Murphy bed and full bathroom.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, featuring custom cabinets, stainless steel countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, new range stove, and microwave. Our Concierge Service can provide you with a Personal Chef if you so desire and there is a convenient list of markets who deliver in the Guest Binder in your vacation home.

The back patio living enclosed space features sweeping mountain views, a Saltillo tile floor, out door speakers, gas bbq, comfortable lounge furniture for 4-6 guests, and a crackling fireplace. The front patio has beautiful ocean views and lounge furniture for you to soak up the sun, enjoy a glass of wine, or read your favorite book.
