This breathtaking 2 story home has the most awesome view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains from almost every room in the house.  You can soak in the Hot Tub and watch the cruise ships leaving Puget Sound with the sun setting on the horizon. It is very secluded and quiet. There are tall fir trees and a big red wood tree with squirels and eagles flying about. The home is recently remodeled with hardwood floors, granite kitchen with all Dacor appliances gas stove, warming drawer, convection oven and is fully equipped.

There is a huge wood burning fireplace in the living room tastefully decorated northwest contemporary and which also has a fantastic view of Puget Sound and a huge red wood tree which makes you feel like you are living in the trees. There is a huge deck with plenty of space for entertaining, BBQ, and hot tub for 6 people.

There is a remote control gas fireplace in main level bedroom and it has a huge 5 x 5 shower with double controls and private courtyard. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The upper master bedroom, has a jetted jacuzzi tub overlooking the view, king bed and small private balcony and a huge California Closet.

The 2nd bedroom on upper level has king bed and full bathroom. The bedroom on main floor has queen bed, two person shower with heated floor, antique oak double vanity , gas fireplace and private lanai.
There is also a full utility room.

It is conveniently located in Mukilteo's Harbour Point community which has the 5 Star Harbour Point golf course and dining facility only (walking) 5 minutes away. The quaint town of Mukilteo offers a wonderful beach and Ferry to Whidbey Island along with 2 well known restaurants (Ivars & Anthonys). There is a trail that leads you down to shipwreck beach only 1/2 mile from the house. there are also tennis courts (lighted at night) close by. Shopping is close by, and the Alderwood Mall (theaters, Nordstroms, Maceys, etc) is only 15 minutes away. Stevens Pass skiing is only 1.3 hours away. There is the Tulalip Casino 20 minutes north. Only 10 minutes to Boeing in Everett

In summer, there are concerts galor in parks, Boating in Puget Sound, Beaches to walk, SeaFair on Lake Washinton, Lots of Shopping to do, (the Alderwood Mall is only 15 minutes away). There are hiking trails around the house down to the beach, tennis courtsw close by and a 5 Star Golf Course (Harbor Point) within walking distance of the house.
