Vacation Rental Description

This is a no smoking newly decorated (2008)  second floor Condo. The entire complex of Sunset Royale  
has been renovated at a cost of 3 million dollars. The Floridian Room and Bedroom  
have a perfect view of the Siesta Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.  We are only fifty steps from the  
white cool powdery sand that has been selected as the number one beach in the USA.  The sunset from  
the Floridian Room and on the beach is a beautiful way to end each day. You do not need a car;  
public transportation on and off the Island to the city of Sarasota, the airport, shopping malls,  
museums, and entertainment is available.  Our complex is also within walking distance to the fun  
village of pubs with music, restaurants, boutiques, post office, gas, drug  
store, grocery store, etc.   You would not be disappointed with our complex, condo, or location.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our comfortable furniture includes two swivel rockers, couch, 42" plasma wall TV, DVD, and VCR.   
The dining room and Floridian rooms have round glass top tables with swivel cushioned chairs on  
rollers.  A brand new bedroom set with a king-size bed.  The Kitchen is fully furnished including a  
micro and dish washer.  All linens furnished including beach towels.  Beach chairs and umbrellas for  
the beach.  Just pack your bags and come for R & R.

Activities and Attractions

Beach: lifeguards, picnic tables, tennis, volleyball, parasailing, boat rentals,etc. 
Siesta Village is a short walk with neat restaurants, pubs with music,ice cream parlors, boutiques,  
fine dining, etc.  Sarasota is known around the world for its cultural activities; performing arts,  
exhibitions, live entertainment, and excellent restaurants. 
 
Great golf courses, deep sea fishing, boat tours and rentals. Many  
other activities associated with the fun state of Florida, including  
Disney World, Sea World, and Busch Gardens.
