Your home away from home! Come stay at a peaceful 3 BR 2 BA home located at the end of a quiet street and overlooking a wide 120 ft salt water canal. Villa Coco Beach has been fully upgraded to become a wonderful getaway destination. Upgrades include large 20 inch Italian earth-tone tile throughout the home, a large electric heated pool with 3 in-water barstools and 2 swim-out benches. Also included in the upgrades are 2 totally remodeled bathrooms and brand new high quality furnishings throughout the home.
The location of Villa Coco Beach at 3101 SE 5th Court, Cape Coral, FL 33904 is one of its best features. It is located on a quiet street and overlooks a wide 120 ft saltwater canal. Head out to Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach right from our boat dock (local boat rentals available). You can boat through the peaceful canal system directly in to the Caloosahatchee River and into the Gulf of Mexico without having to wait at a boat lock or boat lift to get out. You will see dolphins, manatees, birds, and an abundance of other wildlife. You can also fish from the dock using the supplied fishing gear or just enjoy the view into the large basin. Our home is conveniently located close to shopping centers and restaurants. Use the furnished bikes to get around the neighborhood or visit the local shops. It is just a quick car ride to Cape Coral Beach, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, Sunsplash Waterpark, or fine restaurants and shopping.
Villa Coco Beach is warm and inviting with a Mediterranean theme inside and out. From the kitchen, family room, bedrooms or living room, you will enjoy beautiful views of the pool and canal. The recently completed large 17 x 28 ft pool is situated with a pool deck to give you full sun until late in the day, while also providing shade and protection under the lanai so you can enjoy all elements of the weather. After your swim, relax in the lounge chairs or enjoy a meal on the wide 32 ft long lanai using the provided gas BBQ grill.
Inside the home, the upscale furnishings are all brand new and were selected to provide a relaxing atmosphere. The split layout provides privacy and lots of space for everyone. The family room offers a chaise sleep sofa, 50 inch plasma television, DVD with surround sound, and casual dining area plus a kitchen counter bar. The living room has been transformed into a relaxing and socializing setting with a computer armoire with wireless high speed internet, a large bar and pub table with seating, and an additional sofa and sitting area. All bedrooms are furnished with pillow-top mattresses and ceiling fans. The Master bedroom with queen bed has an extra large walk-in closet and master bath. The queen guest room also has a queen size bed and enjoys a wonderful view of the canal and pool area. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The 2 guest rooms share a totally elegant and upgraded bathroom that leads out to the pool area.
