Vacation Rental Description

Fabulous light and bright ocean view home in tropical setting. On quiet cul de sac  
with 2+ bedrooms and 1 bath. Walking distance to Thalia street Beach, Main Beach and Laguna  
Village. (10 minutes) 
 
Enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its best. Lushly landscaped yard with  
large oversize deck surrounded by palm trees.  Deck includes  
additional covered seating area, lounge chairs, outdoor table, Gas  
BBQ, couch and shade umbrellas. Enjoy lazy afternoon naps on one of  
the deck couches and beautiful sunset barbecues. Home has modern  
kitchen and can sleep up to 6 people with views from almost every  
room. 
 
Master bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has twin beds, 3rd  
room/converted garage has day bed with trundle (two twins). Portable crib is 
also available.

and Gas BBQ.   
Fully stocked kitchen. Dining table extends to seat 8-10, Bar  
seating for 2. Full size washer/dryer Baby/toddler amenities  
available: Portable crib, booster seat, baby bath, stroller, etc.  
Linens, beach chairs, towels, sand toys and beach umbrella also  
provided. No smoking.

Activities and Attractions

Community Pool and Tennis Courts, Running Track and Field  
within walking distance. Beach activities, golf, biking, hiking,  
snorkling/diving, shopping, dining, art galleries, Festival of the  
Arts, Pageant of the Masters, Disneyland, Legoland and more in the  
surrounding areas!

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept.1 - June 1 = $1500 per wk/ $4000 per month  
June 1 - Sept.1 = $2500 per wk/ $9500 per month
