It is time to start building memories in this newly constructed Island Lake home on the Three Lakes/Eagle River lake chain!!!! The Three Lakes/Eagle River chain offers over 12,000 acres of boating and fishing entertainment via the 28 interconnecting lakes.
Our home consists of three bedrooms and two full baths, a large 28 x 25 great room with two story cathedral wood ceilings, an all stainless steel appliance kitchen with 42 inch hickory cabinets, and hardwood flooring throughout the entire home. The master bedroom has its own patio door which leads to the lake. On the opposite side of the house there is two additional bedrooms, each bedroom has queen over queen bunk beds. The bedroom which faces the lake also has its own patio door to the lake.
Once outside you only have to walk 75 feet to the water's edge before you can enjoy over 175 feet of sandy level lake frontage. The home is located only two miles North/East of Three Lakes and ten miles South of Eagle River.
