2 bedroom town home spacious and well cared for. Fully furnished, light hard wood floors in living room and dining room with TV's in main living area and bedrooms, cable included and Internet. Queen bed in one room and 2 full size twins in the other with an additional fold out chair that turns into a bed. Cape Canaveral is adjacent to Cocoa Beach & Port Canaveral. Beautiful and lush best describe the area in this rare gated community. Beach access through complex back gate and 2 pools.

Located one mile from Port Canaveral, with fresh seafood, deep sea fishing, full cruise port. Lot's of night life & live music at the Port. Cocoa Beach has a jazz club called Heidi's where the ivory keys are played and talented vocalists are showcased. Central Florida theme parks are about one hour away. 20 minutes to the John F. Kennedy Space Center visitors center. Be sure to visit Florida Seafood Restaurant a local favorite along with Ron Jon's in Cocoa Beach. Through the space center's visitors center you can make reservations to have Lunch with an Astronaut or participate in Astronaut Training Experience. Para Sailing, Sailing, surf lessons, golf and tennis are available locally. Cherry Downs park has free parking & is located near the Ocean Woods beachside entrance and has showers, bathrooms and a boardwalk right on the beach.
