Beachfront 3/2 penthouse condominium with large, totally unobstructed Gulf of Mexico views from both living areas, the kitchen, and master bedroom. Large (1650 sq ft) condo comfortably accomodates up to 8 guests with 3 separate bedrooms plus two futons in the living room.

Two large living areas, a dining area and a family room with large-screen tv, provide plenty of room for playing games and relaxing. A door between the living area and bedrooms ensures that night owls and early risers do not disturb others.  A gulf-facing wall of glass doors and panels across the front of the condo allows you to enjoy the beach and ocean views from both living areas and master bedroom.

Listen to the waves and enjoy the ocean breeze from the large, private balcony as you view a magnificent sunrise, people-watch beachcombers, see sport fishermen, navy and commercial vessels travel through the near-by Corpus Christi ship channel, or just read, relax and visit with family and friends.

There is a boardwalk to the wide, clean, sandy beach where you can swim, sun, play and walk for miles. (So that you don't loose your bearings, keep in mind that you are at beach marker 11!)  A large pool, tennis courts, barbeque pits, playground, laundry facilities, and boat parking are just steps from your door. Also, the condo is equipped with free wireless internet in case you need to check in with the "real world" while on the Island.

Conveniently located right in Port Aransas, you are close to many great restaurants, eclectic shopping boutiques, the grocery store, the city marina with offshore and bay fishing charters, jet ski rentals, boogie board and kite surfing lessons, and parasailing.  Of special interest to golfers, you are only a mile from the new award-winning Arnold Palmer-designed Newport Dunes golf course.

When you must leave the oceanfront balcony, there are many "extras" to enjoy inside. The condo is fully and comfortably furnished. Bedroom, kitchen and bath linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The kitchen has a glass cook-top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and grinder, ice maker, blender and hand mixer as well as all the basic pots, pans, bowls and serveware.

The balcony on the parking lot/entrance side overlooks the pool and has views of the bay and ship channel.

A short drive, about 30 minutes, takes you to Corpus Christi where you can visit the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium and enjoy a wide selection of bayfront restaurants.  Or, a ferry-ride across the ship channel and a short drive in the other direction will take you to the Texas Maritime Museum and seasonal art, food and wine festivals in Rockport, as well as to the nationally acclaimed Aransas Wildlife Refuge.

Summer 2012: March 9-24, April 20-22, & May 25-Sept 3   $425 night+13% tax.
Winter 2012: Jan 1 - May 24 & Sept 4 - Dec 31   $350/night + 13% tax.
Check-in after 4pm and Check-out by 11am. 3-night minimum on Holidays. $95 cleaning fee.

50% deposit for reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fees may apply.
