High Hopes Vacation Rental in Durango

The High Hopes Vacation Rental is a beautiful 4000 sq. ft. home located 10 miles north of Durango on Hwy.550 and 13 miles from Durango Mountain Resort. A perfect location for a winter ski trip or a summer get away. Our home is a one level house which makes it very user friendly. There is beautiful log furniture throughout the home to relax in. We have a fully equiped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The main attraction is the large gameroom which features a gas fireplace, large screen television, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and foosball. Also two sleeper sofa's which are great for the kids to bunk down in. We have a large deck off the gameroom as well which is a beautiful spot to have lunch or a morning cup of coffee. We are located just 4 miles from Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Trimble Hot Springs. There are many river rafting companies located in town for your enjoyment as well. Perfect house for multi-family vacation or family reunion. You will love your stay in our High Hopes Home.

The master bedroom features a king size handcrafted log bed and private bathroom with spacious shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has a double bed with a twin mattress stored for use if needed. In addition to the three bedrooms, there are two convertible queen sleeper sofas located in the gameroom. The second bathroom has an oversized multihead shower and a washer and dryer. The third bathroom has a large tub for relaxing in after a day of skiing or hiking. Linens provided. There is a small living room with gas fireplace that is perfect for reading a book or playing cards. A telephone with free local service and dial up internet connection is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. The dining room has a large table that seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at a kitchen bar. A BBQ grill is located on the front deck, close to the kitchen. The house has satellite tv, a DVD player with a 50+ video library, stereo with multidisc CD player, books and board games. The gameroom is sure to be a hit with vacationers of all ages, with hours of entertainment to be had! Off of the gameroom is a large deck with patio furniture during the summer season. There is a large private backyard just off the back deck, with views of the beautiful red cliffs and Missionary Ridge.

I have discounts set up with Bubba's Boards and Cliffside Ski Shop for your snowboard and ski needs. Also discounts with Trimble Hot Springs which a great spot to go relax after skiing. Trimble is also a great spot in the summer to go spend the day next to the olympic swimming pool. Dalton Ranch golf club is just down the road from the house. Hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, downhill and cross country skiing, horseback riding, rafting all near by

Rates are $1500.00 per week out of season. $1700.00 per week in season. April,May Oct,Nov are out of season months. In season months are Jan,Feb,March,June,July,Aug,Sept,Dec. $300.00 per night in season. Out of season nightly rate is $250.00 per night. $75 per week pet fee.
In addition to rental fee, a $500 credit card damage deposit is required at check in.
