Upon receipt of your deposit, a lease will be mailed to you. At that
time 1/2 of the payment is due within 14 days. The balance will be
due 30 days prior to occupancy. It is important to return your
lease, ASAP, to reserve your week. If we do not receive your signed
lease and payment, we cannot reserve your week. Your deposit
then becomes your security deposit and you can expect your deposit
returned within 14 days after departure.
