Beautifully maintained home in new condition overlooking the 9th hole of the acclaimed Hernando Oaks golf course. This property is in a well cared for, gated community. The house has a private, screened-in pool and spa which can be heated in the winter months for a nominal fee.

Included is a large master bedroom with ensuite containing a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath. Three other bedrooms are furnished with 2 sets of twin beds and a double bed, all with walk in closets. The living area is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area that look out through three large, sliding doors onto the scenic golf course and surrounding wooded areas. The garage can hold two cars, and washer, dryer, and ironing board are available in the laundry room. There is also an office with a spare single daybed and desk with wireless internet access. Finally, there is screen enclosed porch with patio furniture, which is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and look out at the sunset.

The house is fully furnished, including plenty of fresh towels and bed linen. There are 6 bikes in the garage, ranging in size from adult to child, as well as beach equipment. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cutlery you will need during your stay.

The Hernando Oaks Golf Club is public, and therefore available for renters. You must schedule a tee time at the pro shop. The Southern Hills Golf course is also available in the neighbouring estate.
