Walk to water and very close to town beaches and quaint town of Greenport. Also close to all ferries to Shelter Island and Connecticut ferries to Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, etc, and all North fork wineries.

Located very close to the Maritime village of Greenport where there are an abundance of restaurants and novelty shops and lots to do for everyone. Mitchell Park on the harbour is home to a beautiful Carousel that children of every age enjoy. There are charter fishing boats available as well.
