Living area has plenty of seating with flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace.
Three large covered decks will offer some the most spectacular views of the gulf & bay. Grill provided. Parking under home for (4) cars.
Home is located on a corner lot with access to the gulf of Mexico only 100 yards away, and the local free trolley stops in front of the home. THE HOME IS ON THE GULF OF MEXICO SIDE OF THE BEACH!!

Due upon booking: 1/2 of total rent. No SMOKING. Pets allowed only if approved by owners first.
Security Deposit of $500 & remaining rent due 30 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit is refundable if no damage. If RSVP is cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposit will only be returned if the unit can be re-rented.  There is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit (after owner approval).
In the event of a mandatory evacuation for tropical storms, rent will be protrated for your actual nights of occupancy.
