This secluded 2700 sq. ft. chalet-styled home, with scenic views of Kentucky Lake from almost every room and the wrap-around deck, sits on almost 2 wooded acres. Located in a quiet, residential area with a private covered boat slip and huge dock, you can watch the sun rise over the lake, enjoy the surrounding nature, or go fishing or boating. There is a boat ramp nearby for those that want to bring their own toys or plenty of rentals in the nearby area!

Terrific for families or groups of friends that want peace and serenity, to enjoy the world-class crappie and bass fishing, or take advantage of the natural wonders of the Land Between the Lakes (LBL).

On the main level, the living room boasts Italian leather furniture and two stories of windows to take in the "best views of the lake". The open concept flows into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen stocked with new appliances in 2010.  There is also a full bath and a large bedroom with 2 queen beds (new in 2011). The wrap around deck is a great gathering place to relax, enjoy the views, or barbeque and have a picnic!

The upper level has a large loft area with more scenic views. It is a terrific area for to play board games, watch TV, or to read a book. The loft has a queen size sleeper sofa that converts this into another semi-private bedroom. The master bedroom with a new king size bed and bathroom with slate tiles and large shower, are also on the upper level. This bedroom, has perhaps the best view - especially beautiful to experience the sun rising over the lake - fantastic!

The lower level is sure to please, with a full size game room complete with a full size pool table and an oak bar with leather bar chairs. There is also a TV nook for watching "the big game" or DVDs. Also on the lower level is a full bathroom and private bedroom with a queen size bed. Walk out to the lower-level patio (covered by the upper deck and screened in...no bugs!) with more seating outside.

The property sleeps up to 10 (1 king, 3 queen size beds and 1 queen sofa bed), 3 full bathrooms (two have tubs, one has a large shower), a full kitchen with all the amenities, and a game room complete with a pool table and bar. In full, there are 3 living\seating areas, an upper level deck and lower level screened-in patio.

The house also boasts cable TVs, DVD players, free high-speed internet access (wired or wireless) and phone.

There are board games, cards, and bikes available to tour the neighborhood. As stated, there is a public boat ramp less than 2 miles away and you can tie your boat up to the covered dock right in front of the house. If you don't have a boat, there are plenty of rentals nearby!  Did we mention you also have the use of our 4x4 Kawasaki Mule to carry things to and from the house to the boat dock?

Weekly Rates:  $1900 - $2400 per week (holiday weekends at higher rate). 

Daily rates possible at $350 - 450 per night, 4-night minimum stay.

$150 non-refundable cleaning deposit
$500 reservation deposit required to hold property dates, due within 10 days of booking; converts to security deposit upon occupancy. 
Pets considered: $50 per week additional cleaning fee, per pet

50% rental and cleaning fee due 60 days prior to occupancy date.  Remainder due 30 days prior to occupancy.  See Rental Rules and Agreement for additional details.
