Modern Guest House (Central/French Place) in Austin

1250 square feet home located minutes from downtown (6 dollar cab ride or 5 minute bus ride)

The upstairs bedroom has bamboo floors, sleeps two and has a small patio. The bathroom upstairs has a rain shower (not pictured.) The upstairs deck is very large w/ lounge chairs for sun and a fire-pit for cold. The large downstairs studio has concrete floors, which is separate from the kitchen/living room, has a pull-out couch that sleeps two (no umcomfortable sofa bar) with pillows, sheets, blankets, and quilted mattress pad provided. A 5th person can sleep on the extra long couch or bring an air mattress. We have a new LCD screen TV with cable (not pictured, but it is above the fire-place) wi-fi, stereo/turn-table/large music collection and surround-sound speakers. The living room is large and open with a fire-place and fully equipped kitchen. We provide shampoo, soap, coffee, towels, extra linens (you change yourself.) The guest house shares a large yard with the main house and is surrounded by an 8 ft fence w/lock. The guest house has a lot of privacy and has it's own entrance, but we do have a dog that is sometimes in the backyard which is shared with the main house, so please let us know if you do not wish to have the presence of a dog and we will make arrangements.

Five-minute bus ride or $6 cab ride from downtown. Located just east of downtown in the French Place district. Walking distance (2 blocks) from many popular restaurants and coffee shops on Manor Rd.

$200 per day, which includes tax.
$1400 per week, which includes tax.
50% non-refundable deposit to book. We accept pay-pal and checks only in order to keep costs down.

SXSW and ACL - 300.00 per night.

For a fifth person there will be an extra 25.00 charge per night.
