Flamingo, 4 miles from Las Vegas Boulevard (the Strip), easy access
to Highways 215, 15, and 95, near Albertson's (grocery), Coffee Bean
and Tea Leaf and Starbucks. Laurelwood Park is within walking
distance and features a fitness trail and two tennis courts.
