Beachfront Apartment on Exclusive Malibu Road in Malibu

Lovely garden apartment on exclusive Malibu Road beach. There is a short stairway to the beach from the door of your apartment. At high tide, the waves lap right under your balcony. At low tide, the beach stretches for miles. There are 3 sea kayaks and multiple boogey boards stored underneath the bldg and two bicycles. Cycle the 2 miles down quiet Malibu Road to shops, restaurants, art classes, yoga classes, bookstore, Starbucks and movie theater in the center of Malibu. Take surfing lessons at Surfrider Beach, hike the trails in the adjacent Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area and body surf at Zuma Beach. Enjoy the long walks at sunset on the beach and enjoy the ocean views from your private deck.
King-size bed in bedroom, additional queen-size bed in ocean alcove. Living area has TV, DVD, high speed internet and working fireplace. Garage accommodates one car inside and one out. Full bath, kitchen and beach shower. Linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. Limited to four persons. Sorry, no animals.

Seven night minimum. $1000 refundable damage deposit. $100 cleaning fee. 

Rent for June is $1650 per week; July is $1900 per week; August is $2200 per week thru Labor Day; September (Malibu's nicest month) is $1750 per week. May and October are $1550/week. All other months are $1400 per week except for certain holiday weeks.
