Lovely 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Gulf Front Corner Unit Condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico with panoramic view from all sides of condo  in sunny Redington Shores Florida. 9th Floor unit Sleeps up to 6 people. Twin Beds (can be put together to make a king)  in one bedroom and the Master Bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. Floor to ceiling glass doors open to the lovely balcony from the master bedroon. Living room has wrap around balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf as well as spectacular sunsets. Living room has sleeper sofa for 2 if needed. Eat in kitchen, with additional balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway where boats and town activity can be watched. Dining area  adjacent to living room.
You feel as if you are part of nature and on top of the water. The views are breath taking. Although a condo you feel as if you are alone in nature.

Redingtons Shores is a small town along the gulf of Mexico, half way between St Petersburg and Clearwater. Our beach is relaxing and quiet, always being able to find privacy. Two piers, one north and one south make our beach a great place to walk,run, or ride a bike along the coast. In front of our condo you can catch the Beach Trolly, which will take you either north or south to other beach communities and also has connection to other bus lines throughout Pinellas County.

We are a relaxed community, casual is the common dress. Our community has entertainment and parties throughout the year. Friday night Happy Hour in our clubhouse for those who enjoy meeting others. Line dancing classes usually weekly during season. Mens and womans activites also such as womens coffee and bridge games.  Pool table in community lounge as well as lending library.

Fitness room with threadmills, exercise bike and eclyptus equipment as well as strength training machines and free weights. Beautiful view of the beach and pool as you exercise. Mens and Womens Sauna.

This is also our Vacation Home. We hope it is enjoyed by our guests as much as we enjoy it. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. You can find as much activity as you like locally, but this is your option, you can also reguvenate in your own little world if you like.  Nearby town has Yoga on the beach etc.

Gated community with 24 hour security guard on duty. Parking space in garage included in price. (We live in a very safe community, global residents have preferred the increased security, although nice, certainly not a necessity in Redington Shores.

Pool, Sauna, Exercise room, billards room, sharing library available at the clubhouse.
Newspaper stand at entry of community. Convenince store within walking distance as well as restrants and intercoastal town park with kayak/canoe launch area and exercise stations. County Park with playground within walking distance. Stores within a few minutes from complex with a Beach Trolly Stop in front of the complex. Tyrone Mall 15 minutes

MONTHLY RENTALS RATES ONLY :  If stay is less than 30 days we are unable to rent the condo for the rest of that period due to our association rules therefore adjustments can not be made if stay is less than 30 days. Sorry. Also fees are listed for 4 week period starting at the beginning of month, if booked later in month additional charges may occur due the the condo having to be vacant for time you are not there which can not be rented to another party.
Deposit: 50% of the rental price, refundable up to 60 days prior to check in date. 
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE FEE AND THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CLEANING, APPLICATION FEE ETC. 

Deposit is 50% of total rental which is refundable if cancelled prior to 60 days of check in date by either party. Remaining 50% due 60 days in advance of check in.
