vacation rental rates
$150 per night, 3 night minimum. Discounts offered for extended vacations! Holidays rates are $250 per night with a 3 night minimum. The cleaning fee is $80.00 and a refundable security deposit of $300 is required. For additional info Google search "havasucasa"
Once availability and a booking date have been established, a $100 deposit will be required. Full payment is due 30 days out from your vacation. The booking deposit will be used towards final payment. If a cancellation occurs 30 days out a full refund will be given. If a cancellation occurs 2 weeks out and the property can not be re-rented, the deposit will be surrendered and rent refunded. If a cancellation occurs 1 week out, the full amount will be surrendered.
