Features two flat panel HD TVs (Living Room and Master Bedroom) with Shaw Direct highend English language programming includng several French language channels and DVD players. The kitchen is turnkey with equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware, 4 burner electric range cook top, microwave oven, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and juicer.

Individual air conditioning units in each room are zoned with individual controls to minimize electrical usage. Lighted ceiling fans in all rooms. Full size washer and dryer are also available. Patio furniture includes table, chairs, and lounge chairs with cushions.

WiFi, satelitte TV and local telephone services are included in the lodging rate.

This spacious condo has a gorgeous 270 degree view of Bahia de Banderas as well as the mountains, with balcony on three sides.

A beautiful infinity swimming pool with a "pool-bar" is the only thing separating you from a wide private clean beach and the blue pacific. Private restrooms available in the pool area.
The swimming pool is heated with a patio area. The gentle sloping beach is awesome for swimming and kiting, and there is a beach club located next door.

Base Rates - for this beach front 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo:

Hi Season (Nov - Apr) - $230* USD per night.
                                 - $1,600* USD per week.
                                 - $3,120* USD per month.

Lo Season (May - Oct) - $170* USD per night (discount for month + stay)

* Normal & expected electricity usage is included in the lodging rate.  Excess electricity usage will be deducted from the security deposit.  Careful use of air conditioning should avoid an extra charge.

Until confirmation with a deposit, lodging rates are subject to change without notice.

$600 USD security deposit is required 3 business days before check-in, refundable upon departure after return of keys and inspection of property for damages.

A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental is required immediately to confirm the reservation. 
The balance is due 3 business days before arrival.
