vacation rental description
The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath. Both bedrooms are spacious one has a king bed and the other a queen and each bedroom has its own remodeled full bathroom with tub and shower. There is a double sleeper sofa and a single sleeper chair in the family room. The house can sleep 7 and we also have single rollaway beds and a pack and play crib available.
The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook at home and has an attached breakfast room for casual dining. There is also powder room off the kitchen. There is a large living room and a formal dining room, (table seats 8), with a 2 sided fireplace between the living room and dining room and beyond that a tiled family room which opens to the landscaped private gardens through double sets of french doors. The house is approximately 1800 square feet and has all oak hardwood and tiled floors with area rugs.
There is also an attached guesthouse, (approx 1000 square feet), with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths which can sleep 6. The guesthouse has a large master bedroom with a king bed and new bath with marble floors, a separate stall shower and a claw foot tub. French doors from the bedroom open out to the private back garden with fountain and hammock for relaxing. The second bedroom has a daybed and trundle which can accommodate 2 singles or join to become another king bed, there is also a double sleeper sofa in the living room with a full bath attached. a second brand new kitchen, a large living room witha gas fireplace and 2 sets of french doors opening out to the front yard and screened patio. Flooring is all bamboo and tile.
The house can either be opened up to accommodate large family groups or closed off in the middle so each side has 2 beds and 2 baths. There is a sound wall right through the separation of the house to insulate for noise.
I can also open up the smaller bedroom on the guesthouse side which has 2 single beds and make it part of the main house if someone needs 3 bedrooms.
We can accommodate 7 people in the main house, 6 in the guesthouse, not counting single rollaways. (13+ altogether)

The house has its own full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, a hairdryer in each bathroom, wireless Internet, satellite TV, (a separate receiver in both the family room and each bedroom), telephones with an answering machine, a monitored security system, central air and heat and off street parking.
All linens, towels, plush robes, soaps, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry soap and paper products etc are provided.
The guesthouse has all the same amenites and a separate washer and dryer.

Conveniently located just minutes to Universal City;(Universal
Studios, Universal Amphitheater, movie complex, shops, restaurants and
City Walk); NOHO Arts district; Hollywood Bowl for live outdoor
concerts; Griffith Park;(hiking and riding trails and the LA Zoo).
Just a few blocks from the Metro-rail station to Hollywood,
(Hollywood Blvd walk of fame, Grauman's Chinese Theater) and to
downtown and beyond. Close to Burbank, Toluca Lake and Hollywood.
2 blocks to Ventura and Hollywood freeways. 1 block walk to local
supermarkets and Starbucks.
Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Quoted rates are for the first 4 guests.
Additional guests $10 each/night.
Children 2 years of age and under are free of charge.
Lodging taxes applicable on stays less than 30 days.
Cleaning fee $120, (up to 4 guests), additional guests $5 each.
*** Adjoining 3rd bedroom available if needed to accommodate additional guests @ $25/night: $150/week. Also if you need more space for larger groups we have an attached guesthouse available and can sleep up to 14 people. Ask me for rates. Ask to see more pictures.
