Our recently built villa is located at an excellent location called 'Safir'. You will find the villa about one mile from the golf course 'Tierra del Sol'. In just a few minutes drive, you can reach the beach, high-rise hotels with casinos, shops and restaurants. The villa boosts 3 bedrooms (air-conditioned) and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a bath and a shower. There is a European kitchen with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. From the living room (airconditioned) you have access to the large patio and you can jump right into your private pool. Have a drink at your bar or just relax on your beach chair. There is enough space to park two cars. For your convenience there is a wireless internet connection, television (in the living room and master bedroom), and CD/DVD. CANCELLATION: Refund of payment due to unexpected cancellations prior to arrival are: A 20% cancellation fee any cancellation greater than 30 days before arrival. A 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation between 15-30 days prior to arrival date. A 100% cancellation fee will be levied within 15 days of arrival date.
20% down payment is required at booking, full payment must be received 30 days prior to check-in date.
Payments will be accepted by PayPal or transfer by bank. There is a $200 Security Deposit required "cash" on arrival. This is a fully refundable deposit unless something is damaged or lost during your stay. Security deposit will be paid back "cash" on departure!
