Ocean-view Tuscan Estate in Malibu in Malibu

Newly built Tuscan-style estate in a residential community of West Malibu, Malibu Park. Our home is at the top of a lovely street bordering the Santa Monica Mountains where visitors love to hike, mountain bike, and horseback ride. We have amazing ocean views, and we are situated just 5 minutes from beautiful Zuma beach. Our 4 bedroom home has approximately 4200 sq. feet of living space, and is open and inviting for a perfect Malibu vacation.

Master with king-sized four-poster bed and fireplace,
Guest bedroom with king-sized bed,
Bedroom with single trundle bed for two persons;
Bedroom with queen-sized bed.
Comfortable couch in family room that can serve as an extra bed.
Living room with plasma tv and granite-countered bar.
Granite-countered chef's kitchen with all the essentials.
Basketball hoop, grassy yard with teeter-totter.

Zuma beach is 5 minutes away where you can take surf lessons, ride your bike, take a long stroll along the waterfront, jog, or just relax on the sandy, wide beach. Also, because our property borders the state park, nature lovers are in paradise with the miles of hiking and biking trails just down the street. This residential neighborhood is also perfect for safe evening walks and bikeriding.
There are two convenient shopping centers within 5 minutes, both with a Starbucks and grocery store. Some of Malibu's finest restaurants are also just minutes away; The Sunset at Westward Beach with an elegant bar and dinner atmosphere, The Sage Room for that authentic Italian meal, Paradise Cove Beach Cafe for casual dining directly on the beach, and Geoffrey's for that fancier, special night out. Many more dining options are nearby which can be further described upon request.
The Cross Creek shopping center is in the center of town with boutique shops, more dining options, a state-of-the-art movie theater and more. The Malibu Pier recently opened The Beachcomber Cafe.
West Malibu is conveniently located a short drive from beautiful Santa Barbara where there is a fabulous zoo, wine country as viewed in the movie "Sideways", and many fun activities.

June 20th - August 31st 2009, $5000 per week, $8000 per two week period. 6 nights, 7 days, per week.
Cleaning fee of $350. We can arrange for a housekeeper upon request.
