Bonnie Breeze -- Hot Tub & 1.5 Blocks to the Beach!!! in St Augustine Beach

Want to walk to the beach? Dreaming of a quiet place where you can smell the sea air and hear the ocean's roar? When you walk into "Bonnie Breeze," tropical ambiance envelopes you. Tile floors, high ceilings, and fans throughout this colorful home give you a lift right away. Follow the sound of the waterfall onto the screened porch -- you will be delighted by the lush tropical landscape beyond. Just out the door, the sunny patio beckons. Wander down the boardwalk through the garden to the hot tub deck.

"Bonnie Breeze" is spacious, sunny, and thoroughly equipped. Paintings and photographs by the artist hosts decorate the walls. All are gallery quality originals and images of our lovely area. The great room area has rattan pull-out sleeper couch, recliner and occasional chairs, the dining area table can be opened to seat six, and the kitchen area has everything to make a quick breakfast, or to prepare fresh local fish for dinner. Down the hall are  the guest bath, den with futon, desk, and bookcase stocked with books and games. Next, in the second bedroom, you'll find twin beds, a dresser, and a big closet. Across the hall, the master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, it's own bath with tile shower, and opens to the hot tub deck!

The outdoor living areas are as mellow and well-appointed as the interior. All-weather rattan graces the palm enclosed screened porch. The waterfall splashes, and provides a tranquil background to your conversations. Through the door is the patio, gas grill, and loungers for sunbathing. Step down onto the boardwalk, skirt around the waterfall, and into the lush garden.   A pergola, all decked in jasmine leads around the back yard on the boardwalk through beds of flowers, and surrounded by tropical foliage, then a step up to the sunny hot tub deck, walled by lattice and, planted with fragrant flowering plants. The glass door opens into the master bedroom.

The house has a garage and laundry room, as well.

"Bonnie Breeze" is a block and a half from the ocean -- 2/10ths of a mile, exactly. Surfers walk by with their boards in the morning. You can walk to the Farmer's Market, fishing pier, summer evening concerts, and one of the very best restaurants on the beach. And yet, this is a quiet residential neighborhood on a dead end street.

Your one small dog is welcome, provided it is up to date with shots and flea control, and you pick up after it.  

No smoking inside or on the screened porch, please.

A security deposit of $400 is charged at time of booking to reserve your dates.

We trust you to take care of shots and flea control

We want to receive your full rent amount two weeks prior to your arrival if you pay by bank draft, money order, or traveller's checks. One month ahead, if by personal check

House cleaning charge is $75, and due with rent payment
Sales and Bed Taxes total 9%

If you must cancel, and you notify us 30 or more days before your reservation date, there is a $50 charge. Fourteen days or less, we must charge the deposit and half the rent.
