To confirm your reservation a deposit of 50% down plus a $500 security deposit is required. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to check in. Rentals run Sunday to Sunday or can be customized in the off season when available. Check in time is 4:00p.m. Sunday and check-out time is 11:00a.m. $100 cleaning costs are included for weekly rentals.. Weekend rentals add $100
ALSO NOTE THAT DUE TO SEPTIC AND POA RESTRICTIONS, TOTAL OCCUPANCY AT ANYTIME INCLUDING VISITORS IS 16 INCLUDING CHILDREN.
