Welcome to 174 Hibiscus, an affordable 2 bedroom, 1 bath, ranch style home.  This great property is located mid island and just minutes from our seven miles of sugar sand beach and theGulf of Mexico. If you want to share your vacation, this home is pet friendly. 

As you enter the house, you’ll find an open and bright kitchen and living area, flanked by a playfully decorated, game room. Prepare a light snack or a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen and eat in the cheerful dining room. Of course you have the option of grilling out in the spacious fenced in back yard and dining al fresco.

Digest your meal in the living room while you catch your favorite TV show, browse the web, or challenge your family or friends to a game of pool or darts. Don’t forget to save time for a walk down to the beach.  Public beach access is just a leisurely 3-4 minute walk. You won’t want to miss our famous sunsets; listen carefully because people actually cheer for them! There’s nothing better than to end the evening with a moonlit walk while taking in the sea air and Gulf breezes. You may even forget who won the dart game.

Both comfy bedrooms offer queen beds.  The master includes a TV to catch the evening news before retiring for the evening. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. You’ll get a good night’s rest as this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

For those of you who want a truly relaxing vacation, we offer a full concierge service that includes daily housekeeping and turn down services. We can arrange for some special items to be waiting for you or that certain someone upon your arrival. Groceries, champagne, fresh fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, an in-house massage are things we can arrange to make your stay unforgettable.

Do you need a crib, playpen or high chair for a little one? Kayaks to explore Estero Bay? Golf clubs so you don’t have to transport yours?  We offer rentals for lots of things that you may need or don’t want to bring with you. Let us know. Everything is delivered and picked up on your departure date.  Our goal is for you to relax, enjoy and start planning next year’s return trip!

Just because you have enough activities to choose from at home, take some time to explore the island. Why not hop on the island trolley for just 50 centers per person and take it south to Lovers Key State Park to enjoy some swimming, shelling or bird watching?  You might even catch sight of some dolphins frolicking – they love our Gulf waters.  On your return trolley trip, be sure to stop at Santini Plaza to explore its unique shops and restaurants. Of course, there’s also the option of a round of golf at the nearby Fort Myers Beach golf course.

After a fun-filled day, there’s still plenty to keep you busy during the evening.  At our Beach Theatre you can order a meal, relax in comfy chairs and watch a movie. A short trolley ride north will take you toTimes Square, the island’s hub of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.  Do you get the feeling you may not want to leave?

Off Season -- $700 weekly,   $1000 monthly

Peak Season-- $900-$1300 weekly,   $2000-$3300 monthly

To the above rates, please add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, and a $50 nonrefundable damage waiver fee, a $90 cleaning fee and an 11% tax.  Rates include all utilities.  There is a one month minimum rental for all in-season rentals.
