Island Life Oceanfront in Amelia Island

Enjoy the sound of the ocean waves rolling and the fabulous vista from this comfortable oceanfront beach house.
Located in the City of Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island and situated on the north end of the island which is known for being a bit 'secluded' and pristine!

The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms-2 on the main floor and 2 at the ground level. There are 2 queen beds, and 4 single beds; 4 tvs, 1 dvd player, a Bose stereo with cd player, a standard 8' pool table which converts into a dining room table, a basketball hoop in the driveway and ample beach!

There's a 'cat walk' to the beach, an oceanfront hot tub, gas grill, outside shower, oversized oceanfront deck with plenty of seating and lounging available!

The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave oven, coffeemaker, dishwasher, disposal, cooktop and oven as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, bowls and cooking utencils.

Ft. Clinch State Park is literally in the backyard! Aside from touring the fort, the park has wonderful biking trails and a fishing pier. It also offers programs throughout the summer months for both young and young at heart visitors!
The Greenway, located 1.5 miles from the house is a fabulous escape to enjoy every natural aspect of Fernandina Beach! There is an entrance directly behind the Recreation Center which has maps for the public as well as an olympic-sized swimming pool.
The quaint old seaport town of Fernandina Beach is the perfect place to stroll the shops, art galleries,and antique stores. There are ample, delcious places to dine, as well.
For a little history, you may want to visit the new museum in town, which used to be the city jailhouse!
If a playhouse is more your speed, Fernandina offers the Amelia Theatre and the Fernandina Beach Little Theatre. Both have productions throughout the year.
Public golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park, multiple playgrounds, fishing, sailing, biking, hiking, shopping, boating, spas are all available and very close by!

Summer Weekly rental, Saturday-Saturday, $2,950.00.  In addition to the weekly rental we request a $300.00 refundable security deposit. This includes taxes and cleaning.  Pay securely and easily using PayPal.
