We have rented here two years in a row. We love the location! There are restaurants, a bar, grocery store, 99 cent only store right across the street. It's close to many golf courses (within 15 miles radius), and also only a few miles from Tempe Marketplace and the Mesa Riverview shopping centre. And it's only just over a mile to the Old Town Scottsdale shops!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, girls getaway, sight seeing

The condo was a small 2 bedroom which was perfect for a couple. The unit was clean but the carpeting could use a good cleaning. Frank the condo's manager was very helpful and addressed any issues we may have had. Yes, we would recommend this unit to a friend. It was a great value for the price, if you are a high maintence it may not be for you. The property is close the everything we needed we especially liked the Greenpath Trail which is one block away.

All in all the condo was good. Had been repainted recently. There were a few things that could have been better. For one, the place had a strong musty odor when I entered for the first time. Probably closed up too long. It aired out in a couple of days with the windows open. It was very well furnished but there was no lighting in the living room. The TV was a nice flat panel, about 37in. Reception was through an antenna so no ESPN or CNN etc., so local affiliates of major networks and a few independents. Location was convenient to shopping, parks and golf courses, but high traffic so noisey. Also, 2nd story. I'd probably rent it again, though.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, sight seeing
