Each bungalow is connected to the others by luscious garden pathways, giving families and individuals a warm balance of joyful community and serene privacy.

The property includes 4 separate living quarters. The master bedroom/bungalow is attached to an additional bedroom/bathroom suite. The separate guest cottage includes two bedrooms with a shared bath. The office/nanny cottage has its own adjoining bathroom, and the living room bungalow comes with an additional bath. The kitchen, living room, master bedroom and guest suites all boast floor-to-ceiling windows that open to spectacular ocean views.

Who knows, you might run into Brad at our local How's Market (as seen in People magazine)! Just the other day, Pierce Brosnen was in line behind us buying groceries, and we spotted Jennifer Aniston and Courney Cox Arquette having dinner at our local Italian restaurant!

Zuma beach (3 minutes away) is the place to take surf lessons, ride your bike, take a long stroll along the waterfront, jog, or just relax on the sandy, wide beach. Also, because our property is near state parks, nature lovers are in paradise with the miles of hiking and biking trails nearby.

There are two convenient shopping centers within 3 minutes, both with a Starbucks and grocery store. Some of Malibu's finest restaurants are also just minutes away; The Sunset at Westward Beach with an elegant bar and dinner atmosphere, The Sage Room for that authentic Italian meal, Paradise Cove Beach Cafe for casual dining directly on the beach, and Geoffrey's for that elegant, special night out.

The Cross Creek shopping center is in the center of town with boutique shops, more dining options, a state-of-the-art movie theater and more.
