Book your reservation early. This home is a bright and cheerful Cape Cod. There are four bedrooms and two full baths and easily accomodates 8 people. The home has a large deck and screened porch. The home is located approximately five blocks from the ocean in the family oriented community of Bethany West. The area is great for walking, jogging and biking.  Pets are allowed limited to two animals.  There is a pet fee. 

The home is also a smoke free home. 

Our home has many modern conveniences. It has full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, wireless internet, full size washer and dryer and central air. For your enjoyment 2 TVs and 2 vcr/dvd players are available.
Bethany West Homeowners Assoc. has a swimming pool, an exercise room and tennis courts across the street from our home for a fee of $20.00 per person per week. (Available Memorial Day thur Labor Day)
There are actitives for children, swimming and tennis lessons & as well as water exercise for adults.

Linens to be supplied by Tenant:  2 Queen 1 Full and 2 twins beds

There are many restaurants in the Bethany, Rehobeth and Ocean City area. Tax free shopping is available at the Rehobeth Outlets. If you enjoy golf let us know as we can get you some package deals at great courses. We also have a shuttle trolley that will take you around in the Bethany Beach Area. It can be boarded just one block down our street. The charge is 25 cents per person.  (Available Memorial Day thur Labor Day).  For those who are interested in fishing, Indian river outlet offers charters boats for deep sea fishing.

A $500.00 deposit required when placing a rental reservation. The remainder of
the payment is due three weeks in
