Sandarac 108B offers fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Being a ground floor condo there’s no need to wait for the elevator or take the stairs. Walk right out your lanai onto the beach. Approximately 1200 sq.ft. in size, it offers sleeping for a maximum of 6 persons. There are two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and two full bathrooms.

The large living room and dining room are bright and tropical. Here you can enjoy the endless views of the beach. Relax and watch your favorite TV show, a movie on the DVD player or curl up with a good book. Watch the amazing sunsets on the beach and the daily happenings of beach life. Open the windows to enjoy the Gulf breezes and smells of the island, or keep cool with the central air conditioning system. The screened in lanai offers an additional sitting area and opens to the living room providing the true outdoor Florida living feeling.

The modern kitchen is equipped with newer appliances and everything you could want or need to prepare delicious meals. This condo also has your own private in-condo laundry facilities with a full sized washer and dryer.

After a full day of island living, retire to the master suite with a beautiful king size bed and private, ensuite full bath. Fall asleep to the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico just outside your window. Enjoy the Gulf breeze cool air and salty smell. Catch a late night movie on your in-room TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds for your guests and a separate second full bath for their use.

Sandarac Condominiums are located just past the middle point of the island of Fort Myers Beach. They offer secure buildings by means of entrance only through keyed or pass code doorways and have elevators to transport you from floor to floor. Within walking distance of the condo you can find numerous shops, restaurants, groceries, the movie theatre, trolley stops, golf course and much, much more. Of course the 7 miles of white sugar sand beach, the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and the large in-ground heated pool are just outside your door, waiting for you.

We realize many of you travel with your pets; however, our condo is completely pet free for our guests who may have allergies. In addition we do not allow smoking inside our condo.

Add 11% FL Sales Tax and a $500 refundable security deposit to the above rates. Rates include all utilities and final cleaning. All stays over 14 nights include a weekly maid service and your departure clean. Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
