Centrally locatied in Mammoth and newly renovated, this first level cozy and charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home condo features granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms with mission-style decor in most living spaces. 

The kitchen also offers new lodge-style cabinets and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully outfitted with a coffeemaker, hand mixer and basic spices and staples. The granite breakfast counter/bar (4 stools) separates the open kitchen from the newly furnished living area. The small dining room includes a round table and additional seating for 4.

The living area comes with an iron woodburning stove for a cozy mountain fire, a sectional that could sleep two and 2 comfortable side chairs. There is a TV with cable service and a DVD player for evening entertainment. A wall furnace is also available to keep the whole condo toasty in the winter.

The first bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a large dresser and 2 bedside tables. The second bedroom features a queen bed with bedside tables and a small chest of drawers. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos, and granite countertops.
