vacation rental description
A classy hideaway in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, four blocks up from the beach(five walking blocks). This artist designed studio apartment is small but beautiful. The cleverly designed corner couch is not your ordinary bed couch. A drawer pulls out to convert it from a from a single to a fabulously comfortable queen size bed. The kitchen annex extends the living space. There is HDTV, WIFI, washer/dryer and gated private off street parking. The apartment has exclusive use of the front porch of a lovely craftsman style house on a charmingly landscaped, fully enclosed private property in the center of the entertainment district . BBQ on your porch, eat fresh fruit from the fruit trees and use the free bicycles for car free, stress free enjoyment. The owner grew up in the house (and also happens to be the artist). Relax and fell pampered in this thoughtfully remodelled and well loved home.
