Located on the shore of calm water Degnen Bay. You can walk the beach at low tide spotting clam, crab, oysters, otters, seals, bird life too numerous to list, starfish and more. The shoreline is mesmerising and our gardens are full of flowers, fruit and vegetables for picking each season.

Situated beside the boatlaunch our location is ideal should you have a boat to enjoy the waters of the Islands. Kayaking and diving are just two of the activities you can enjoy on Gabriola waters and fabulous hiking, golf and beachcombing are just a few of the shore side activities.

Gabriola is famous for its artisan population and home studios to explore.

Our part monthly rates for 2009:

Guidelines are as follows and include a discount from our regular rates as seen on our main website at www.boatlaunchbeachhouse

Spring April & May = $1,550.00 per week

Early Summer June = $2,000.00 per week

Summer July & August = $2,500.00 per week

Late Summer September = $2,000.00 per week

Autumn October & November = $1,500.00 per week

Christmas December = $2,000.00 per week

Winter months 2010 January, February, March = $1,750.00 per week

Our Separate Cabin (sleeps 3) can be rented in addition to the Main House or independently. The property is 2 acres in size so there is private space between the cabin and the house.

Our monthly rates for 2009 are $1,250.00 per month.

Part month rates are flexible and start at $500.00 per week - available on request

All Rates quoted are in Canadian dollars and are subject to a 5% GST charge and a $150.00 housekeeping charge.

*At present single night stays are not available.

We prefer long term rents for this beautiful beach home, 30 day rentals.

Monthly Rates Range from $3000.00 to $7000.00 depending on season.
