Keuka Dreams/Prime July & August Weeks Available! in Keuka Lake

This updated 3 season cottage has hosted lake goers since the 1920's. Its many features include the level setting and level beach. Located on Keuka Lake's westside, approximately 5 miles from Branchport and 7 miles to Hammondsport, close to many of the westside restaurants and wineries. This level location is on Stone Point , which features a quiet circular road past 12 homes and cottages, off the West Lake Road on the lakeside. This is a very safe, off-the-highway setting perfect for families or couples looking for a quiet, friendly lake cottage setting with no stairs to the lake! The cottage is setback approximately 150 feet from the beach and dock, with no traffic to contend with.  This is a very safe location for youngsters, not too close to the lake.
First floor- master bedroom with half bath, double bed, TV and VCR, closet and dressers
Second Floor- 2 bedrooms: 1st with 2 double beds, 2nd with 1 double bed and 2 twins.  Both bedrooms have a small closet.  Each bedroom has a dresser and TV. 

All linens and towels are provided as an option, $10/person

Fully equipped kitchen, adjacent dining area features a table seating 8, living room with couches and large screen TV, cable reception, CD and DVD player. Enclosed sun porch with additional seating and table. Outside there is a gas grill, umbrella table and chairs. Utility room has washer/dryer and second refrigerator for additional storage.
A paddleboat and kayak with life vests are provided.  Lawn chairs and lounges, hammock, fire pit, water floats and toys are provided.  A swing set for young children is also on the property.  Behind the cottage is a large wide creekbed great for hiking up to waterfalls, and provides a cool breeze to keep the cottage cool during the day.

Many of Keuka Lakes wineries are located on the west side of Keuka Lake, just a short drive away. In Hammondsport, throughout the summer there are numerous festivals and shows in the central square of the village. The Glenn H. Curtiss Museum of Local History will give the visitor a historical perspective of the area. At Bully Hill Vineyards, one can sample local wines and enjoy lunch or dinner overlooking Keuka Lake from a fabulous hillside vantage point and learn about the history and art of winemaking at the Wine Museum.
Antiques shops abound in Hammondsport and surrounding townships.
Lakeside dining is featured on both sides of Keuka Lake, reached by boat or car, each restaurant has its own specialty.

2013 Rates:  

Weekly Rentals Only.                                                                                             

June and September:  $1100 weekly arrive Saturday

July and August:  $1600 weekly arrive Saturday

Linens will be optional at $10/person (sheets, bath towel and washcloth) or bring your own from home.

A $300 deposit is required to confirm the reservation.  Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.  At that point the $300 deposit reverts to a damage/security deposit which is refunded after the rental. 

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund of deposit if cancelled more than 30 days out.  Within 30 days of scheduled arrival, the deposit is not refundable.  All other money will be refunded.
