This affordable beachfront condo is "right on the beach", and has fantastic views of the Gulf. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from your private beachside balcony. The unit is on the second floor above the beach.
The Perdido Skye high-rise is located between the pristine Gulf Island National Seashore, and the Florida State Park Beach, both famous for gleaming white sand beaches. The location is convenient to several great restaurants, shopping areas, historical interest sites, and amusement areas.
The unit features a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, plus a fold-out couch in the living room, and there are two standard single beds in a separate area, to sleep up to 6 adults.

This unit is beautifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/icemaker, convenience appliances, tableware and cooking utensils. All linens provided. Washer/dryer in the unit (compare to "Laundromat facilities" in other condos), iron and ironing board, and hairdryer in unit.
