This unit is aprox three main blocks from the warm sands and cool Pacific Ocean, boast of a remodeled kitchen with all new stainless appliances, granite counter-tops and a mounted fifty-inch flat screen television with a Blue-ray DVD player and televisions in both bedrooms.

Rest comfortably after a day on the beach on the living room sofa (with a pull out bed) or stroll downtown to enjoy delicious restaurants and fantastic shopping. Or perhaps entertain your family and friends at the beautiful oak dining table. The updated kitchen provides you with the choice of entertaining friends or simply keeping a few items around for quick snacks and drinks.

The property is located near the beach and close to downtown Manhattan Beach just minutes from the Pier.

Manhattan Beach has many activities to enjoy during your vacation, including surfing, beach volleyball, swimming, fishing, shopping, great dining choices, walking or jogging down The Strand, and many more. You are also within an hour's drive you could visit Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Knotts Berry Farm, the LA Zoo, The Getty Museum, and Hollywood.

Three night minimum; two night rentals may be available and will include a 25% surcharge.
