Playa Selva is located on the Tulum beach; 8 km from the town, 8 km from the Tulum Mayan ruins and 3 km from the extraordinary Sian Ka'an Biosphere Natural Reserve (UNESCO World Heritage).
We rent a 2 floor bungalow with oceanview:
Rustic bungalow right on the beach for 2-4 people, good suitable for a family.
Ground floor: Queen size bed, table with chairs, shower/WC
Second floor: Bedroom with matrimonial size bed, French window, direct ocean views.

Prices 2011 / 2012:
- High season (December to May): 1500.- usd per week
- Middle season (May, July, August, November): 1300.- usd per week
- Low season prices (June, September, Oktober): 1000.- usd per week
- Christmas/New Years Week: 2600.- usd per week (only weekly rental from monday to monday; 19th until the 26th of december and 26th of december until the 2nd of january)
14% taxes are included in the prices.
Payment methods: Bankwire, Paypal (+ 4% taxes).
We charge 50% by reservation and the other 50% one
month before renting.
