The distance to Winter Park Resort and th smaller family friendly SolVista Resort are the same. It has been newly renovated and never been rented before.
The home has all that you hope for when traveling to the mountains, warm decor, wood fire place, great view, down comforters, wood blinds, big deck to view wildlife (south facing) with a gas grill, quiet neighborhood.
