Included with the home rental is use of the deep water boat dock which includes your use of the boat lift and two jet ski lifts. There is a white sand beach and large pool surrounded by lots of comfortable seating and dining areas.

This 4500 square foot waterfront home has five bedrooms 4 baths and a gourmet kitchen perfect for entertaining. In addition to top of the line appliances, maple cabinets and granite counter tops, it includes THREE dishwashers.

The U shaped floor plan has a living room with large flat screen tv on one side and game room, complete with pool table, large screen tv and Play Station 3, on the other side.

The Open floorplan, filled with floor to ceiling windows, offers views of pool, river, and landscaped yard while sliding doors offer quick access to pool and deck areas.

The 2,000 sq foot deck has three levels. The first floor deck is covered,complete with ceiling fans, a middle deck perfect for sunbathing and a third deck from which you can see Huguenot beach and the ocean.

The Master Suite has it's own fireplace, large seating area, jetted tub, spa shower and granite double counter tops.

Other bedrooms include the kids bunk room with a pull out full coach, two twin beds and another full size bed, Guest suite with a queen bed, and two other bedrooms, one with two twin beds which can be pushed together for a king bed and other with a queen bed. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's and cable included.

Fort George Island is unique in that it has the ocean on one side, inter coastal water on two sides and the St John's river on the fourth side. With 7 state parks and miles of sandy beach it is a water lover's paradise. In addition, there are over 50 golf courses in the Jacksonville area. All this, and it's a convenient twenty minutes to the airport.

The House is located at the outlet of the Saint John's River into the Atlantic Ocean. By boat or Jet Ski, you can easily head out to sea or head upstream to the Landing or Alltell Stadium. Turn left at Sister's Creek and you are in the Inter Coastal Waters.

Nightly stay:
Minimum of 2 nights from Nov 1st to Mar 31st - $400/night
Minimum of 3 nights from Apr 1st to Oct 31st - $400/night

Deposit of $500 returned after stay if all is returned in excellent condition
