This 4,000 square foot waterfront estate has dockage for a yacht of up to 75 ft. It comes with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. There are 2 master suites with king beds, 2 guest suites - one with 1 queen bed and the other with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds and 1 guest suite/office with a daybed. Each bedroom is designer decorated, with one children's room that is bound to be a hit.
