This gorgeous ocean front home is in the perfect place for an incredible beach vacation. The home is just 7 years new with unbelievable ocean views from every room.

Feels like Marine Land. Porpoise jumping year round, whale watching in the winter months right from your private decks. Great shelling beach year round.

Extra bonus of spectacular intracoatal, marshes and waterway views. Historic St. Augustine can be seen from the top balcony.

As you sip your coffee, you'll see the sun rise. As you sip your cocktails, you'll enjoy the fabulous sunsets.

The sleeping accommodations include: 3 oceanfront bedrooms (king, queen, queen) each with a private bath plus a loft with 2 twin beds and fabulous view.

There is also a full pull out couch in the living room. All come with top quality linens and mattresses.

The kitchen is a custom designer kitchen with high end cabinets and appliances. Fully stocked with every cooking utensil, cookware, and serving items needed for your stay.

The expansive living room has incredible ocean views through a full picture window as you lounge on the designer couches. The large TV has cable and a DVD player to enjoy in the evening.

A two car garage, laundry room and outside shower just steps from the beach make this home a comfortable place to vacation.

The home is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. Just grab your beach towel and enjoy the surf.

For those who enjoy a fitness center and pools, there is an optional Serenata Beach Club membership available.

Wonderful Ocean Experience

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay. Beautiful view. So close to ocean, thought I was on a cruise ship. The house was beautiful and accomodated our group of six comfortably. St Augustine is lovely. We enjoyed exploring the area. Would definitely recommend. We plan to return.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Nestled @ Herron's Nest

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house on the beach, though there weren't stairs leading down to the beach from any of the decks, so there was one door in and one door out, the front door, on the West side of the house, leaving us to walk around the house when we wanted to be on the beach, which was an inconvenience and a little disappointing, but was tolerable. Our host greeted us nicely and had us pull our van into a much steeper driveway than expected, with a loaded down mini-van. After scraping the bottom of the van, we parked parallel to the road at the end of the driveway for the remainder of our trip. Our host was very hospitable in welcoming and afterwards didn't hear from her until the week was over, which was appropriate. There wasn't much privacy for the adults, and with three older kids, a folding door for the master bedroom, shutting only from the outside, and without a lock, left many private moments impossible. The mattresses on the beds were somewhat in need of replacing and the frames needed tightening and headboards were detached, in all but one bedroom. The loft wasn't much of a loft, but rather a stairwell area, connecting the 2 upstairs bedrooms with two single beds in it, void of window treatments or privacy. The "loft" wasn't used. There wasn't much for window treatments, so, the "loft", Master bedroom and living room were full sun in the morning, with no escape from the sun, yet, being an early riser, thankfully, made for beautiful sunrises. The beach was beautiful, with shells everywhere, that we collected obsessively! The Ocean was clean and temperate and the surf was appropriate for beginner boogie boarders and or surfing. The house had some old chairs, old boogie boards and some sand toys for our use, which we did use and the house was furnished with beach towels, laundry and a fairly well stocked kitchen, with utensils. All in all, we had a great time. The city of St. Augustine is beautiful. We ate at The Reef, Caps, Aunt Kates and Kingfish, with Aunt Kates impressing us the most, and Caps, impressing us the least, both just down the street. A convenient store is located just down the street, also, and the houses location was very nice and convenient, in location. I would call this house a 3 bedroom beach house sleeping 4 comfortably and maxing capacity up to ten including the pull out sofa, doubling up on all beds. The price was a bit high too, but was worth it, considering the Wonderful experience of Heron's Nest.

Owners response: Thanks for the 4 out of 5 rating. We do live on a high dune and vans sit very
low when full of luggage. We are morning people and do enjoy the beautiful
sunrise. Two bedrooms are for late sleepers. Most of the mattresses are new. We have never had a complaint from guests or family. I replace beach chairs but they do take a beating from the salt. We enjoy complete privacy without
stairs leading to the beach. So nice to meet you and the family. Glad you enjoyed our beautful city !!!

A beautiful place

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home.
This is a superb location minutes from downtown with great shopping, dining, and historical sights but right on the beach, with glorious views of the ocean from almost every window. The front window faces the Inter-coastal with views of the marsh, all kinds of birds, and sailboats. All the rooms are large and beautifully decorated with everything provided for a glorious stay. Hearing the ocean breezes at night and sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean were my favorite aspects of the trip.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
