Vacation Rental Description

Kona Plaza Condo complex is located 500 feet from the ocean, and 
steps from Alii Drive in the heart of Kona shopping and dining. Kona 
harbor is 1/2 a block away, site of the famous Ironman Triathlon, and 
the historic oldest church in Hawaii is next door across the street 
from the Queen's Palace.

The unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a Cal-King bed and a futon 
sofa in the living room.  The spacious lanai is tiled and offers 
garden and ocean views.

The buildings amenities include elevators, underground secured 
parking, and has it's own pool and two sundecks with gas bar-b-ques.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo offers a well decorated living room and bedroom.  The entry 
hall, bathroom and lanai are tiled with carpet in the bedroom and 
living room.

The lanai has patio furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and all amenities for 
preparing simple meals.

The condo has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning for 
your convenience and comfort.

Activities and Attractions

Steps from the condo complex is the Kona harbor, the site of the 
start of the Ironman Triathlon.  The marina offers sports-fishing, 
submarine rides, and diving and sunset cruises. Jogging or biking on 
Alii Drive are popular pastimes for visitors and locals alike.

There are bus, plane and helicopter rides available and the local 
golf courses are the best in the U.S.  Driving tours visit Kona 
coffee plantations, Macadamia nut groves, etc. By air you can see 
secluded waterfalls and flyer over an active volcano.

The big island has the only active volcano in the Hawaiian island. 
Volcano National Park is an easy drive from Kona.

Visit Hilo or the Parker Ranch, the largest working cattle ranch in 
the United States.  All are within easy driving distance from Kona.
