As you enter this fabulous split level designer furnished home, you will be greeted by fantastic ocean views through an entire ocean side of windows and sliding glass doors 15' high. This home features vaulted ceiling and sky lights. The house is decorated with up scale furniture along with chandeliers, antiques, 10' custom sectional down sofa and a 50" plasma TV. We have a private lanai off the main floor master bedroom with its own bathroom and another lani off the "Great Room". Hale Hokuu TOO, your exquisite tropical home features 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, lush gardens everywhere and a private pool just 20' from the water's edge. The designer kitchen features all the best applicances along with granite counter tops, center island for cooking done in
butcher block, tile flooring and ceiling fans through out. This home is private and secluded with a great location. We have a pool man and a gardner that comes once a week.

Pool/Garden level has an additional family room, wet bar with large plasma TV just steps to the pool.

Third level has ocean views overlooking our "great room". Can be used as an office with hi-speed or wireless or work out area (stair climber included) or play area for the children.

 We are located in a quite, safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. This home is to be used strickly as a family vacation home.

Features include on Great Room  level; Cal-King bed in master bedroom, Cal- King bed on garden level master bedroom and one Queen bed, one Twin bed in third bedroom on garden level. Once again all the bedrooms are air conditioned with large sliding glass doors for max. ocean views. All the rooms are large and spacious. All the beds are netted for the ultimate Hawaiian experience.

The south shore offers a superb variety of restautants and cafes plus several snorkeling beaches and 2 challenging golf courses. Our closest sandy swimming beach is just a one minute walk out the front door. Other activites nearby are swimming, snorkeling, fishing right from the house, surfing, horseback riding, shopping and tennis. All within a 5 minute car drive.
Outside amenities include; private pool, table and chairs for outside dining (at garden level and off great room), outside shower, gas bbq. Complementary use of beach coolers, mats, beach towels and some snorkeling gear.
