We are a family of four (two children ages 11 and 7) and live in Germany. We found this vacation rental through the internet
. From the beginning Rob, the owner of the rental, was superhelpful in trying to find the right rental for us that fit our family`s needs and was within our price range. He always mailed me back promptly and getting set up was a breeze even though we live overseas.So we already had a good feeling even before we arrived, and it got even better.. All I can say is that we will definitely be back, because we absolutely loved our stay there. Rob and his wife Debbie ,are wonderful caring people who made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. They REALLY care. The studio we rented had EVERYTHING we needed. It was furnished in a lovely way, there were even toys for the kids in the closet (sandtoys and games),beachchairs, beachtowels and mats etc. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking there a pleasure. The kids loved the friendly atmosphere around the pool and BBQ area. And best of all the pool is heated and supercomfortable.Since the rental is just steps away from the beautiful Carpinteria beach we could take turns swimming in the ocean and hopping in the pool afterwards to warm up.. Carpinteria is a real nice beachcommunity and has lots of nice restaurants and cute stores which are all in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay in Robs and Debbies rental and can recommend it to anyone who likes a relaxed and clean beachatmosphere with all the comforts of home.

Owners response: Debbie and I are always pleased when our guests are comfortable and happy. That means they will return. Carpinteria and our property itself takes most of the credit for that, however we like to always treat others as we would like to be treated, especially when on vacation.. We are blessed to have guests that return year after year.
