Our 'Otter Rock Point' home is located on quiet, pristine, Kezar Lake in North Sutton NH a few miles from the bigger sister lake Sunapee. Kezar Lake is a very protected local secret. Our home and its almost 3 acre property is situated at the end of a quiet gravel road servicing 2 lake-front homes. The house is south facing, about 50 feet from the shore with various sitting areas, shore-side and otherwise, to enjoy all that New Hampshire nature provides. To the east is Mt Kearsarge. Take a quiet walk or bike ride around the 3 mile perimeter of this protected lake and one will come upon The Follansbee Inn (for additional guests perhaps..FollansbeeInn. com, Musterfield Farm and the historic and recently renovated Vernondale General Store.

As a lake-side home, we have a private 140 ft shoreline with a small perched sandy beach sitting area, canoe, and swimming platform. Our home has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an outside shower and a lower level activity room with 2 day/single beds. The house is south facing with brilliant sun in summer, winter spring or fall. The Kitchen is ample with typical appliances and opens to the dining room and living room for open entertainment. Bedrm 1:King bed, Bdrm 2: Queen Bed, Bedrm 3: Queen Bed, lower level Activity Room: 2 day/single beds. Media and communications: cable TV, DSL wireless internet, TV's in Lrm and lower level Activity room, DVD/Video cassette player.Use our washer and dryer or clothesline. AC available for one bedroom, floor fans for all other rooms. Bring your own beach towels.Charcoal barbeque grill provided.
